I am pleased to induct Tolstoy into the P.W.O.F.S.F.C.C.H.O.F. this 16th day of June, 2009. Tolstoy always brings well thought out and creative captions to our contest and it is my pleasure to have him enshrined here amongst the funny people.

He also does wonderful Christian mission work both here and abroad. The photo above is from one of the orphanages he has established a relationship with in Ukraine. Several times a year he leads a team of people over to deliver needed supplies and gifts for the children.

One final note; at his request, Tolstoy is being inducted as a second baseman.

Congratulations to Mater (a.k.a. The Mater) who is hereby inducted into the P.W.O.F.S.F.C.C.H.O.F. on this Tuesday, May 12, 2009. Mater has the distinct honor of winning our only Zaption contest (week 32) and also for being the only back to back winner in the history of the contest (week 46 & 47). Today, May 5, 2009, we induct The Swell Guy into the P.W.O.F.S.F.C.C.H.O.F. A blogger extraordinarre, TSG is a strong contender each and every week. Besides that, he sported an amazing fro back in the day along with his frilly tux. This was almost reason enough for his induction. On a personal note, I hope this induction secures my place as a judge for all future sauce war competitions. We will see about that. Congratulations Swell Guy! You will be a fine member of our hallowed hall.

Congratulations to The Donald who is hereby inducted into the P.W.O.F.S.F.C.C. Hall of Fame on this inauguration day, January 20, 2009. Always a strong contender in his relatively short length of participation, The Donald became a force to be reckoned with right out of the gate. His skill in naming odd ethnicities is a definite strength.

The Donald also completes the first P.W.O.F.S.F.C.C.H.O.F. sibling connection with fellow hall of famer, Tom.

Congratulations to Tom who becomes our latest inductee into the hallowed P.W.O.F.S.F.C.C. hall of fame on this day, Friday December 5, 2008. Tom has the distinct honor of being our very first caption contest winner and has always remained competitive throughout the weeks of intense competition. He's also an all around great guy who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.

We're proud to honor Tom and have his bust permanently on display here in Funkyville.

Lurky enters the Funky Caption Hall of Fame on October 9, 2008 after being crowned co-champion of week 17. I have personally mailed Lurky a bottle of Prell and Sushi on Wheels.
